“One of my favorite places in Snowmass - food is awesome and great atmosphere. If you prefer cool night scene club atmosphere go to their location in downtown Aspen. For quieter date night or with family - go to Snowmass location. Food is fantastic. Highly recommend the miso black cod, tuna tataki sashimi, mushroom miso soup, and sponge cake for desert. Cocktails hit it out of the park - loved the Hibiskiss and Yuzu drop. Dark and cost decor w Japanese decorations. Busy - make reservations. Highly recommend.“

“We celebrated my wife's birthday last night at Madame Ushi and loved it. The food was a unique and creative twist on sushi with amazing dishes that were unlike anything I've seen or had before. The atmosphere inside was beautiful but it was too nice of a night so we sat out on the patio. The best part of our experience was our server, Boris who had great sense of humor and command of hospitality.“
