About Madame Ushi Aspen

Madame Ushi Aspen is a top-notch restaurant that offers fresh nigiri and high-quality wagyu meats. The atmosphere is amazing, with impeccable customer service and attention to detail. Guests can enjoy great music late at night.

The restaurant delivers a contemporary Asian concept that's thoughtfully put together. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, the service is attentive, and the menu is well-curated - dishes are balanced, well-executed, and visually appealing.

The sushi bar is a standout element, with the quality of the ingredients and the precision in preparation evident from the first bite. Jesús, who leads that section, brings a particularly refined touch - clean technique, steady pace, and a clear focus that keeps the standard consistently high. The food is absolutely superb and the staff was amazing. The local dj vibes are immaculate as well. The food is so good here you briefly consider proposing to the chef. If you want an Aspen chic meal to be the highlight of your trip this is the place. The overall experience at Madame Ushi is definitely worth a visit for a night of fun, great vibes, and delicious food.
