“We celebrated my wife's birthday last night at Madame Ushi and loved it. The food was a unique and creative twist on sushi with amazing dishes that were unlike anything I've seen or had before. The atmosphere inside was beautiful but it was too nice of a night so we sat out on the patio. The best part of our experience was our server, Boris who had great sense of humor and command of hospitality.“

The Toro sashimi is phenomenal. We also really enjoyed the house special, the dragon roll, and soft shell crap sushi rolls. Along with a fantastic nigori sake, and a delicious mocktail, this was one of the best meals we've had in Aspen.“
