2 for effort. Coming from Denver, to be honest. It is what it is. I tried both the pho and the pad Thai just to cover all basis. It's basic. The pho portion is a small (Denver size) and the pad Thai is a bit on the small side as well. For the portion and the taste, plus the $20+ it's kinda hard to swallow. They also screwed up my Vietnamese ice coffee setup. Anyways the scenery was nice as its in a shopping center with the swallows and finches running around. Pretty much that's it.

I went here because they are one of the only places that offer Boba in Aspen. Unfortunately, the boba was very chewy and the Taro mix was too watery.

The food can be good, but last time I was there, it was way more busy than what they were used to. Long wait for food, when received, food was cold and missing an entree. I worked in the service industry and I understand how crazy it can be, but we were not checked on and we had to call them over multiple times to get our checks.

The best place in the valley for an excellent poke bowl! Reminds me of west coast poke, absolutely delicious!

The restaurant has good service and a nice ambience, and while food itself did not taste unpleasant, four of my friends ordered pho and were all food poisoned within the next few hours. We suspect it’s because the soup was not hot enough to cook the meat or that the vegetables weren’t as fresh as they should have been.

Maybe I'm too spoiled by Asian food in nyc but I'm not sure I've ever had worse sushi and banh mi. The sushi rice was super overcooked and the banh mi was basically a cheesesteak with cilantro sliced in half vertically... but service was super fast and price actually reasonable for aspen. Food is honestly 1.5 stars but I added the other 1.5 because despite its flaws I would rather go back here than some of the other Asian spots around town

I eat a lot of pho each year... and I've sampled pho here and there in my travels. I think I know good, bad, ok, great etc pho. This is the most expensive bowl of pho I've ever had($22). But I realize I'm in Aspen, so ill overlook it. So really then, I'm just left with the pho. This is easily rated (in my opinion) as great pho. Like top pho. Anyone that claims to know pho or considers themselves an expert in rating pho, should be able to taste the broth and know instantly. I knew instantly that this was made properly. It was rich in traditional flavors, salted properly, and had a fattiness to it.I've only discovered one other place(so far) that rivals this pho from Phatt Pho N Sushi and it's Original Pho Eatery near Victoria on Vancouver Island in BC Canada. I've had pho across Canada and the USA. There is a lot of garbage bad pho out there let me tell you. So many so that I often don't even bother leaving a bad review I just get in my car drive away and say good luck with that. There is no shame in pricing this pho at $22 when so much garbage pho exists out there at the $15 price point. This pho had a good amount of onions and rare beef, and everything was simply second to none that I've encountered so far.By the way, the restaurant is beautiful.I should add... I ordered 2 bowls here as i wasn't coming back likely for years. It should also be noted there is no bathroom here you have to go next store where there is an agreement perhaps they own both places too I don't know.

We ordered combo pho and rolling stone sushi. They are very delicious. Perfect after a day of skiing! They also offered Thai food from the Thai restaurant beside. I love this collaboration idea that we can order Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese food in one restaurant. Great selection of food!
