“Hubby had a beef brisket sandwich and I had pulled pork nachos. The sandwich was delicious and the nachos were good but I couldn't detect any green chili in the cheese and they were kind of chincy with the jalapeños. I was expecting more pub type food, but they only have smoked meats—beef brisket, pulled pork, and some kind of smoked chicken. I was in the mood for a burger and it's usually safe to assume that is what a pub is going to serve, but that's the way it goes sometimes. Not really their fault, just disappointing for me. I know...it's a personal problem. I don't think I will be back but my husband might.

Our server was pleasant but nothing more than that. The tables and atmosphere were just okay but the walls had super cool beer decor so that was nice.“

“I love Spice Trade. it's pretty far to travel for me to get there, but well.worth or every time. I bring everyone who comes to visit us in CO there, it's perfect for my Girls Nights Out, and perfect for lunch with family and friends as well. My fellow likes to go there for the brews, I love the foods (ok, and brews...meads...wines...and cocktails too 😉). Chris the GM is outstanding and he probably doesn't know it but he's offered me 3 tours of the brewery when I was there with my girls/fam/friends. I've taken him up on that every time. 😊 I also love the wait staff, they're personable and often times it's a family affair. I highly recommend this place!“

My second time in I was pleasantly surprised with some very talented musicians and stayed much longer than intended! Stoked to spend many more nights here!! They have games to play too! “We have gone twice, once for a soft opening and then again a few days ago. Great beer and food, unfortunately the service was really lacking on the second trip. The place was basically empty yet all of our glasses and food plates kept stacking up on our table. We ended up clearing it off ourselves and taking it to the bar. Wasn’t really planning on doing dishes on Mother’s Day ;) Think we just caught them on a low staffed night and growing pains. We will definitely go back because we are huge fans of their beer. Lots of great patio space and TVs inside to watch sports.“
