Absolutely amazing !! I was frantically looking for someone available to make a custom cake, and her portfolio matched what I wanted straight off the bat ! Not only did the cake look absolutely amazing, it tasted great as well ! It was not too sweet , it wasn’t too dry or too moist, it was perfect !! :) my family enjoyed it , thank you so much for the beautiful cake!
Nothing but the absolute best things to say about Karen and Cloud9 Cupcakes! She was able to make my daughters space themed birthday cake based on our inspo picture and it came out amazing! The cookies and cream cake with the butter cream frosting was delicious and everyone at the party loved it!
I just wanted to say, this was one of the BEST cakes I've ever had! It was beautiful (KPop Demon Hunter themed) and the vanilla cake with cream cheese was incredible. I was not sad when my niece's family left to travel home and couldn't take the rest, so I had to finish it. Thank you for such a high-quality, delicious treat!

One of the BEST cakes ever had was beautiful (KPop Demon Hunter themed) and the vanilla cake with cream cheese was incredible. A beautiful Gulab jamun cake and 2 dozen rasmalai cupcakes for a first birthday were absolutely delicious, and the cupcakes were to devour for. It was a hit. Everybody loved both the items. The cake decoration got 10/10, and taste got 10/10 too. A 40th birthday FRIENDS-themed celebration cake was wonderful and delicious. The phone ordering process was easy and thorough, with tremendous attention to detail. Everyone was delighted by the cake decorations and its fabulous flavors. Pickup with only 4-days advance ordering notice was possible. Cloud9 Cupcakes is the BEST. An excellent experience included very prompt response and great communication throughout. The cupcakes were exactly what was asked for, beautiful and delicious. Definitely recommend and would order again.
