Colombian Restaurants near Aurora, CO

“I’m going to give my honest review. I was born in Colombia and I’m very familiar with the cuisine. Not all the menu items are good—the hot dogs are delicious and the burgers are very tasty. However, we ordered the picada once and it was awful: the meat was dry and didn’t taste fresh. We’ve also ordered burgers twice; today, the burger was noticeably smaller than usual, which was very disappointing.

Overall, the food can be good, but consistency needs to improve. When I order the same item, I expect it to be the same quality and size as before—not something much smaller. I’ll most likely come back because some of their items are very good, but the price should match the size and quality. And please, take the picada off the menu if it can’t be done right. A proper Colombian picada is out of this world, and what you served wasn’t a fair representation.

“OK, folks, this is a little spot in Aurora where you are welcomed as family as soon as you walk in. This is my first time trying Columbian food, but it all feels so familiar as if my mother had made it. Food is delicious, and price points offer something for every pocket book. I had the empanadas with chicken and beef. Amazing! Karen, the young lady who served me, was a beautiful, friendly face, and she was so helpful in helping navigate new cuisine to me. I highly recommend this lovely eatery.“
