“+ When I eat at this location, I feel like I'm transported back to the early 2000's, when even fast food still had standards for quality, and the people who worked there were friendly. It's like a final bastion of hope for golden-crispy, deep fried onion rings.

+ Remember that old school crunch? I remember it every time I come back to this spot.

+ The restaurant is clean.

- The parking lot isn't perfect and has a big crack on the far end which should be avoided if possible.

* Additionally: The Carl's Jr. app gives awesome deals, but it's not operated by the franchise owners or employees.
However, this has not caused any issues for me yet.“

“Even though I recommend the company and other locations but not this location. burger buns were ice cold and sloppily put together. Not a table one was clean when we went in asked to get a table clean woman had an attitude she said which table I said pick one they're all dirty.“

“Our dragon and Lion dance team made a giant order of 24 sandwiches today and they got them all ready in less than an hour! Not only were they quick, the food was just what our team needed after they danced their hearts out. Our practice spot is nearby so we’ll definitely be back“

“Today I went to this restaurant for the first time, around 6:00 PM. The food was very tasty, and the restaurant was very clean and seemed well managed. What stood out to me the most was the service from absolutely everyone. There was even a lady who looked genuinely happy while cleaning the windows. It was such a joy to visit a place where people do their work with care and dedication. I even took the time to write this review, which is something I rarely do. Congratulations.“

I thought all new construction was required. Also friendly staff wished us goodbye and have a nice day but didn’t offer to open the door. “My kids enjoyed it. They loved the food. They were out of school but I still had class at The Excel Center so we walked to have lunch. They attended the drop in center adjacent to The Excel Center for the kids of students especially times like this. Carl's Jr. crew was on-point and professional. The food was good to go. The toppings station was clean and full of fresh herbs and pickled veg. Salsa was top tier too. The horchata and agua de jamaica were the best I’ve had, not too much ice and not too sweet. The service was phenomenal too. A sweet lady behind the counter. Cannot recommend this place enough!“

“The green chili mac is always awesome, tastes fresh, and is very flavorful. It's affordable to buy, yet you can tell the ingredients aren't cheap. Everything is always hot when ordered, and doesn't taste old or stale. The corn dogs are delicious as well, same thing, not stale or old tasting, always hot and ready. I love their custard, the machine at this location always seems to create thick, creamy custard that isn't runny. The employees aren't always the friendliest, they're a bit pushy, but that's fine. They get their job done properly. I like that this location is open very late.“

“Abby, not a lot of Taco Bell’s in this one is pretty freaking awesome. The meat wasn’t runny. My taco wasn’t soggy after I ate my nachos first which is amazing. Everything was still crunchy. You did great Taco Bell on Havana. Keep it up.“

“We went through the drive thru. We were greeted by a pleasant voice. We ordered and she remained pleasant the whole time. We get to the wondow and the fries were taking a little linger so she has us pull around to the front. While we waited, I was thinking about writing a review due to her going above and beyond helping us with our order and then bringing it to our car. I asked her name and it is Caitlyn. It feels like customer service is lacking these days and it was refreshing to have Caitlyn represent your company with wonderful customer service.“

I had an amazing time here! The vibe and music created the perfect atmosphere, and the ladies working there, were cool and very knowledgeable about the menu. The place was clean and the food quality was outstanding.

I ordered the “cheese-crusted” quesadilla with brisket-Birria, which is now my favorite thing on the menu! I highly recommend getting fajitas and getting a side of salsa verde—it's pretty legit! 😍

Overall, I had a true 5-star experience. QDOBA is definitely way better than Chipotle! Don’t miss out on this gem.

“The drive thru was quick and easy. I usually have an issue with getting my order as I ordered it but this particular time I have no complaints. Everything came out as expected and the servings seemd larger than normal. The nacho fries were crisp, warm and the cheese cup was actually filled to the rim and not just half way as usual. I was pleased to say the least. The guy at the windows didn't seem to thrilled or welcoming but I would rather have that then a chipper, upbeat employee that got my order wrong. A compromise I'm willing to have in order to get my food as I paid for/ordered.“

“Came here late at night right before they closed the inside doors at 10pm, they were nice enough to let us order as we didn't have a car (were at the hotel and walked). Jalen I think was the guy who took our order and he was very patient with us and had such a great attitude it was a pleasant experience. Food was great too! My kids loved the ice cream of course. Will definitely go here again when we are back in town.“

“This pizza place is a total gem! The pizza is consistently amazing, and you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. I love that they're so quick, perfect for a fast and delicious meal. The shop is always super clean, which is a big plus. Being able to DIY my own pizza at a reasonable price is such a great option. “This is the closest location to my house so we get it a lot. Honestly, the majority of our visits have been great, no problems. We've ordered pickup and drive-through. I can recall maybe twice when an order was messed up and I had to get it fixed, so that's good enough for me.“
