Taco Bell is fast food. The food is fine. The five stars is for the great service I received on my last order. After coming home from a concert and wanting the Bell I drove to a location close to my house. It was a large order and the employee Kevin C did a fantastic job. He made sure to ask if I wanted hot sauce (yes please!) and all the items were correct. Taco Bell deliciousness. Have gone to this location many times over the years. The service has been somewhat unreliable, though tolerable. But today, after waiting 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line (4 cars from window), to not get any apology or acknowledgement from the person at the window, and then to get my order and have items missing is the last straw. Not going here anymore.
Amazing service and food, I came here at 12:48 and the food and service was incredible. Extremely satisfied, 10/10 staff, so if Taco Bell is looking, give the closing staff from 8/22/26 a raise. Also I would like to point out how kind they were.

Taco Bell is a restaurant with incredible customer service and food consistency. This location stands out for its reliability and quality compared to others. Customers appreciate the respectful treatment from the staff. The Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco was amazing, out of this world 10/10. The quesadilla has literally been the best Taco Bell quesadilla ever had. Orders are correct, they give a lot of sauce, and the drive thru goes decently fast.
