Overall, it's a great spot for Mexican cuisine, especially when considering the attentive and friendly service. This location is clean and the food is consistent. The staff is great, margaritas are great, and chips and salsa are still complimentary. It is easy and laid back, super fast and friendly. This particular location took local themes to heart and had several additions that were more expected in a Colorado Mexican-themed restaurant. Sauces were better, with more local flavors, and some menu additions with more authentic local options. The staff was all Latino, friendly, and professional. They had a smaller bar than most locations and it was being well used by hotel guests. Breakfast here was very good too.
