I had the chicken fried steak, absolutely delicious! Definately homemade, no pre formed, drop in hot oil CFS served here. Meal came with choice of potato, soup or salad, and veggie. I also had a cup of green chili to sweeten the deal. Chili was very tasty and hearty. My Brother had the chili relleno breakfast. Rellenos were large and crispy and full of flavor. Even the owner, Chip, came to our table to talk to us, extremely friendly and personable guy. Highly recommend The Cutthroat Cafe to anyone passing through Bailey. Stop by the Sasquatch Outpost next door when finished. We will definately be back.“
