The Bull and Buck is a fantastic new restaurant in Carbondale, Colorado, offering a diverse menu with options ranging from poutine and flatbread pizza to jackfruit tacos and elk medallions. The servers are wonderful, and the ambiance is killer, with an epic bar and truly inspired cocktails. The elevated pub meals are priced reasonably for a casual fine-dining experience, and the portions are very large. The decor and attention to detail in the place settings, glassware, and plating are lovely, and the food is creative with excellent flavor combinations, including the best burger the reviewer has ever had. Even when the restaurant was nearly empty for lunch, the dining experience was the best the reviewer had during a two-month trip to Colorado.
