El Taco Express is a must-visit taco truck with fresh and flavorful food. The torta with ribs, street tacos, and burritos were all delicious and filling. The pico de gallo on the tacos melts in your mouth, and don't miss out on the fried Oreos. The tent provides a nice seating area, and the prices are very affordable. The pork and pineapple, asada, and chorizo tacos were all lean and tasty, with delicious salsas on the side. The hottest salsa had the perfect amount of heat. Overall, a great find with highly recommended food and friendly service.
