I ordered a quesadilla, rice beans with guac and chips through door dash and paid $60. This place is expensive and the food is mid. I paid $7 more to add steak to my quesadilla and there was barely any meat and greasy, costing me $21. Paid $9 for a measly 2 oz of mid another $9 for a what looks like a small scoop of Rice and beans. It might have been worth it but the food was greasy and bland.

I had a great experience at Jalisco Grill in Basalt. The molcajete was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with a great mix of seafood and spices. The gran margarita was also excellent and paired perfectly with the dish. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything felt authentic. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wanted to grab a drink only and as soon as I got to the restaurant, a man told me that it was only possible to get a drink if I consumed an appetizer at least. Will never go after this. Terrible service

Cheap, hot, fast and delicious. The waitress was amazing! I ordered the chile verda for $21. Came with rice, beans, torillas and a good portion of pork. My wife asked for a burrito without meat and the kitchen hooked it up. It was less than $16 and turned into a second meal at the hotel. (Disclaimer fine dining NYC chef)

Jalisco's catered out daughters wedding and they are absolutely amazing! Armando, Maria and their team did a fabulous job. They served a taco bar with 3 kinds of meat and a vegetarian option. Appetizer options were bacon wrapped shrimp, taquito's, chips and salsa with queso and guacamole. Everyone loved the food! We highly recommend them! Choose local you will be so happy you did!!
