Love having this restaurant in Willits. It was tough when they were temporarily closed for maintenance, but it’s such a pleasure to have them back adding to the local dining scene. The sushi is fantastic, and the staff genuinely cares.
I had a small mishap on a bill recently, and the team handled it seamlessly. It makes such a difference when a restaurant addresses an issue head-on instead of waiting for the guest to bring it up. I probably should have left a 5-star review before — I’ve always loved their sushi and the quality they deliver — but I don’t often write reviews.
I’m writing one now because a new server handled a small issue proactively and with genuine humility and grace. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how rare and valuable that quality is. Kudos to the entire team for consistently exceeding expectations and being such a fantastic part of the community.

Ramen could have been better but the fried rice was great! Good portion sizes and generous meat servings on the ramen and rice. We were staying at an airbnb and had bowls so eating the ramen for takeout wasn’t an issue, but they serve the noodles and toppings in a takeout box so this may be an issue for people when they do takeout.

The waiter to my husband’s order and didn’t take my order. As he was walking away, we have to ask to place my order. Food came out wrong for me. Which I order steak and shrimp hibachi, but chicken and steak came out instead. We then ask the waiter to fix the problem, but he refused. NOT good customer service.
