Very good burger. Nice atmosphere. Good service for our large party of 10 on a Friday night. Fair prices if you think of it as resort pricing.

No need to spend lots of money for good food and a comfortable atmosphere by going to Aspen. The Tipsy Trout is the place. Had a great elk burger and sweet potato fries. Cooked to a medium perfection. Had good live music on the Thursday night that we dined. Dogs were welcomed in the bar area.

Good fish and chips in a great location across the street from Alpenault lodge Basalt. They have a nice selection of beers and bars on my friends comments, good cocktails. Service was attentive and friendly. Live music was interesting to say the least albeit a bit "coarse" so beware with little ones in the evening.

Was treated terribly by the bar back, long blonde lady. Can’t believe she is ‘paid’ to treat customers the way she does. After being treated/spoken to terribly, in front of other clients, one other client said to me ‘don’t worry, you’re not the only one she talks to like that.’ What a terrible way to spend my money and my Saturday evening with family. If you see her working, go somewhere else.
