We ate at the Piney the other day, we had their chicken basket and I have to say it was the best chicken strips we have ever had. I spoke to the owner and he said all their chicken and hamburgers are never frozen and are not processed. I was impressed with the local memorabillia and the friendliness of the owner. Will definitely make this a regular stop.
A little hard to find but worth it! The shakes are great and remind of the drug store ones in my teenage years. We only had appetizers so I can't really comment on the food.
This is a really friendly burger and shake joint with a family business feel. The root beer shake was great. They used fresh sliced mushrooms for the mushroom and Swiss burger. The regular hamburger wasn't anything to write home about, but we got a great root beer float. Really nice employees, too.
