This buffet is very good. My husband, mom and I visited on April 17, 2024, and we had a very bad experience with the cashier/server KAYLA. We noticed her bad facial expression as soon as we stood up to the register, not friendly at all, no smile, extremely bad customer service!! My mom needed help printing off her voucher for her meal, and she proceeded to tell us that we had to go downstairs for that. I informed her that that someone had previously helped us with the same thing using the kiosk that was 5 feet from us and she said no. Miraculously the server who had helped us before showed up and said that yes it was possible. KAYLA stomped over to the machine and very rudely told me what to do and the voucher was printed, less then a minute, wow! So it wasn't that it couldn't be done, she just wasn't willing to. The food there is excellent especially with the all u can eat crab legs. The waitress was very kind as well. If your in a customer service position, learn how to be respectful of people and needs that arise, otherwise your in the wrong position!

Wanted to enjoy the all you can eat crab buffet. It tasted good but 45 minutes later both my boyfriend and myself ended up with food poisoning. $108 for dinner, $250 for a hotel room only to spend from 5pm until 8 am the following morning throwing up. Horrible experience!

Overall not the best experience, this buffet is not worth $59.99 not a chance. The line was an hour an a half and I didn't see a difference from Golden Corral honestly but the price and service. Don't come without breakfast please you'll be dying by the time you make it in. You want to spend $60 on a buffet go to Texas de Brazil no comparison.Honestly not the best experience, not worth the $59.99 for what they have, better the Golden Corral for like $15 and has the same thing. The service is not good to be honest and it adds 1 hour and a half of waiting even if it was free. Don't come without breakfast because by the time you enter you will be starving like me.

Line was long and understandable because of the buffet and crab. Make sure to get a player’s card before you pay for a $10 difference on the price. The price is 59.99 or $49.99 depending if you have a player’s card.It says all-you-can-eat crabs but when you pay it says 1lb crab. The other food in the buffet is so-so, or it’s okay.

This buffet really exceeded expectations. For $19 (lunch) we had a very good meal. There were very diverse selections and everything was fresh. Lots of locals were in there, but we were treated very well. You can’t beat the price, so check it out.
I thought it was great. The crab legs were decent and the give you plenty. The butter was on point as well. Be in line 30 mins early or you WILL wait an hour. Still worth it though. All the other food was pretty good and desert was good also.

Both visits I was with my scooter. Gave us close seating and a place to park my ride. Food, exceptionally good. Way too many desserts but you shouldn't try them all.Wheelchair accessibility: Was on scooter and was able to maneuver the course.
Great buffet! We got a VERY generous 1lb portion of crab with our vouchers which looked like a lot more than the 2 lbs you get at Red Lobster... More than we could eat. Prime rib was very good. So many delicious looking choices but no way we could try them all. Well worth the price considering the huge portion of crab. The dining staff was very nice and professional.

The worst buffet I've ever had. I tried a little of everything, there was no flavor to anything, everything was very bland and lukewarm. The only thing that tasted good was the desserts. I basically spent $50 for dessert. Way too expensive for me to be leaving hungry still. Never going back.

The absolute worst buffet experience I've ever had, I have been before and although it wasn't always the greatest it wasn't this bad, everything was completely flavorless, mashed potatoes were horrible, Chinese food was not good at allpork loin was dry as eff, not a crab leg fan so can't comment and that, almost $100 for the worst buffet ever, I felt bad the gf had to pay for that, spend the extra $15 per seat and try the Monarch smh
