Anthony's personality and service was extraordinary! Food was great- came out hot and cooked perfectly to my desired temp. Will ask for him next time we are in town! 🤭👍
We had a beautiful dining experience at the White buffalo. Our drinks and food were amazing. The atmosphere was great. Our server, Anthony, was very good. His personality is perfect for serving at a high end establishment without being stuffy. He anticipated our every need and forgot nothing. He was a good hire. The management had it together. We will return next time we are in Black Hawk.

We loved our visit to White Buffalo Grille! The bolognese was delicious and I would definitely order it again. Our server Anthony was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations regarding my dietary restrictions. I appreciated his kindness and the fun conversation. The environment was quiet and intimate - perfect for our date night. Thank you!

Where do I start....the service was top notch. The food was cooked perfectly, and the taste was...yummy. Make sure you ask for Spencer he will treat you right.

I am not sure I have had a worse meal in recent history. Where do I even begin. We started with crab cakes, the flavor was okay until you got to the middle which was cold. My salmon was supposed to be prepared medium well and was so extremely overdone, to the point of being inedible. The carrots were clearly from at least the day before. They were lukewarm at best, dry, rubbery and also inedible. The rice was poor quality and obviously microwaved. My husband’s ribeye was about 40% fat and well done vs the medium requested. Neither of us could even eat the food. It was so bad the manager gave us two free buffets to go and actually eat. Seriously? Your steakhouse is so bad that you offer a free meal at another establishment? To make things worse, we were still charged for meals we couldn’t eat, thank god it was on a comp and we didn’t actually have to pay for it. There is a reason that there were four tables with patrons at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Skip this place, in fact run!

Steaks overly peppered none of the food really tasted better then meh, wine had definitely gone bad, from the bottle being opened to long i'm assuming.
I chose this restaurant for a large party (12 people) for my birthday and we were easily accommodated for the reservation. Area is wheelchair accessible which was necessary for our group. It was nearly empty the entire night and yet our group was tucked into the darkest possible corner, likely for convenience, but still odd. Our appetizers (shrimp cocktail and calamari) were good, the drinks were good, the bread was good. Our waitress was good but also became frazzled trying to organize the 12 meals once they were ready. The meals were not very good: prime rib was abysmal (fatty, tough, cooked above/below what was requested), t-bone was tough, pasta dish was lukewarm, lobster chowder was foul. The highest rate of success was on the burgers. Sides were incorrect or poorly prepared on several meals, additions like steak butter were added where they were not requested, and promises were made to correct sides that were eventually forgot and not completed. For a near empty restaurant with a simple two page menu, the experience should have been better. We were offered free desserts for those who wanted them in pittance, but half the group was uninterested after their subpar meals.

I am extremely disappointed with how this restaurant handled our reservation. We scheduled a reservation for 24 people to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. The day before the event, we received a call saying they could no longer honor our reservation because they had filled the space with other parties instead.
Giving us such last-minute notice left us with no realistic opportunity to make alternate plans for a large group, and completely disrupted a very special family celebration. This situation could have been avoided with better planning and communication on their end.
If you’re booking a large party or an important event, be aware that reservations may not be honored—even with advance notice. This experience was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable.
Do not recommend the white Buffalo! The food was awful and we both had to send our meals back. Not good at all

We went on Christmas day. We ordered the $75 special. The filet mignon was delicious by the time desert arrived we were full and doggy bagged it.

Really disappointing but should have known by the reviews. It used to be good but not any longer. Everything was cold and flavorless from the steak, the sauce, the “grilled baby shrimp”, the veggies and then the molten cake was stale and cold
Make sure you have reservations as the “manager” EDITH TORRES is on a power trip in the front. My experience: we WERE there at 6pm and right away she said no seating without reservations. So I made a reservation in front of her for “6:15” on open table, she tried to give me a 6:45 reservation and I said no thanks we already have one for 6:15z she then said to wait till 6:15, so we did, patiently. At 6:15 another group showed up and she decided to sit them, I asked why, she said cause they made the reservation before I did. I asked how she would know- I looked at her iPad and it doesn't show when anyone made the reservation. She is just an idiot on a power trip. We get inside and the whole place was almost empty lol. Maybe 4 tables were filled out of probably 35 tables. Will probably dine there again because our next meal will be comped per the manager I called to complain to afterwards. But I do NOT recommend dining at this restaurant. We didn't get to enjoy our food cause the whole time we felt like Edith probably told them to spit on our food. Add: Edith said they had call ins and that's why they can't sit people right away, my server only had our table and I saw the servers mostly just standing around waiting for the tables to need something from them. EDITH TORRES, you should not be in a customer service industry with that attitude. You should work in a booth somewhere with a computer with no people interaction as you don't know how to respectfully interact with people. It makes me sad that you are training that poor kid who has better people skills than you do.
We enjoyed our dining experience tonight. The ambience was inviting, the food was as ordered, and the service was friendly and helpful. These are the three important offerings for us.
Ordered the prime rib. It was terrible. Was so full of fat and grisly I could not eat it.
