The people that work here are outrageously friendly and the salads, while nothing fancy, are solid and filling. I tend to return primarily because of the genuinely friendly and engaged staff.

So yummy! I’ve always felt that for such a health conscious town, Boulder is really lacking on excellent salad places. Chop5 has excellent variety and quality. The service was friendly and he even made a point to specifically check on my experience because I mentioned it was my first time. Really great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

Really great staff and management. I picked up the wrong order and came back to get the right one, but it was already gone. They made me another order quickly and even gave me a drink while I waited even though it was my fault grabbing the wrong order. Staff was also very friendly

I came here with my family to try it out. On one of the salads they put chicken when no chicken was specifically requested. Wasn't that big of a deal. I came here a second time today, but this time I ordered online from their website. When we got home and opened our salads, the same thing happened. Chicken where it was not supposed to be, and no chicken in the salad where chicken was ordered. The only salad that came out right was a build-your-own. Quite frankly, it's insulting that this place is giving meat to someone who doesn't eat it. One time is acceptable for this happening, twice is almost personal. As much as I like new places to eat in Boulder, this is one I will not be eating at again.

I’m pretty skeptical of salad shops but I’m really glad I tried Chop5. Their customer service was great and the salad was super tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

awesome food and super clean environment! I originally had my first bowl from a friend and it was super good so I headed in to get a salad myself. The restaurant is set up in a very modern and inviting way and the options are plentiful and tasty !!!

So glad this place popped up in Boulder. Although the price point is a little higher than some may like for salads, the options, portions, and service make this a standout lunch location. Plenty of parking and outside seating. Staff are extremely welcoming. Online ordering is fast and easy. Love the Create Your Own Salad customizations and my orders are always ready to go and correct when I submit online.

The manager was very friendly, but the woman who actually served my bowl seemed pretty checked out and hardly filled 1/3 of the bowl. I’ve had this bowl before, and my partner also got a bowl (different rice) so the comparative size was clear. I think they may have been low on cauliflower rice but I wish I’d been told, as I would have been happy to pick a different rice and leave with at least 1/2 of the bowl full. People were very friendly, no complaints there! And the food is good, quality ingredients, but such variability in actual serving size was disappointing.
