CHOP5 really delivers on its promise of fresh, delicious salads and bowls. They don’t scrimp on ingredients and the dressings are excellent. Finally a good salad:bowl restaurant in Boulder!!

The people that work here are outrageously friendly and the salads, while nothing fancy, are solid and filling. I tend to return primarily because of the genuinely friendly and engaged staff.

So yummy! I’ve always felt that for such a health conscious town, Boulder is really lacking on excellent salad places. Chop5 has excellent variety and quality. The service was friendly and he even made a point to specifically check on my experience because I mentioned it was my first time. Really great experience and I can’t wait to go back.
