“Insomnia cookies is always great but the young girl working the counter tonight (3/22) was so WEIRD. Either she hates her job and doesn’t care about basic customer service or she simply forgot how to speak. The interaction was so bizarre we had to laugh. Please train your staff better!“

“I was in today and had a great experience with the staff — their customer service was excellent. While I was being helped, a woman named Stacy Clark came in loudly complaining about the phone ringing. She was incredibly rude to the young lady assisting me and acted as if she was entitled to treat employees however she wanted. Stacy Clark is a poor reflection of southern culture and should be embarrassed by her behavior. The employee, on the other hand, handled it with grace and professionalism, and I want to give credit where it’s due.“

“Crumbl Cookie Superior is a clean, inviting shop that keeps things fresh with new cookie flavors every week. Though a bit pricey ($10 for 3 mini cookies), the Pink Wedding Cake and Peanut Butter Ice Cream cookies were amazing. Definitely worth 5 stars!“
