I called several times to check in on my order yet they decided to hang up on me 4 times I was shocked by how disrespectful they were once they answered on the 5th call , I asked to see how long it would take for my order to get to my location and he willing said it's not my problem you have to figure that out on you're Own I asked for his name and they immediately hung up I called back they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up never calling or coming back to this dominos on 28th Street ever again he ruined the experience

Have ordered for delivery multiple times and it has taken over an hour and a half every time. They have no standard for actually trying to get pizzas out efficiently. It is classic dominoes pizza quality wise but absolutely the worst service probably in America.

Ordered $56 worth of pizza and waited 2 hrs and still did not arrive. The general manager has poor customer service skills. I will not be ordering from here again.

My wife ordered a pizza yesteray 9/30/2025 at 8:48 pm to be delivered to Stazio Softball Fields through Uber Eats and the delivery driver marked it as delivered and she never received it. Uber Eats support said that the drivers were from Domino's and Domino's did not want to neither refund nor help with this issue.

I order pizza with extra sauce and they put no sauce. The delivery driver Noah was 2 minutes away for over 20 minutes. Not sure how but, the delivery driver entered the locked apartment complex before I came down to the door. Then left the pizza at the wrong apartment. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had anywhere. JETS PIZZA is way better for the Boulder area

I have had some messed up pizzas but we are all human and make mistakes, but how you handle those mistakes is what matters. Brian the manager here made it right for me and the replacement pizza was absolutely delicious. I appreciate their understanding and patience as food service if you never worked in it is a rough job. Thank you Brian and team!!!

4/24 - I ordered a large pie online and went to pick up since there was a 50% off deal for all pizza. I soon realized that there was a reason why the pizza was 50% off as I believe the dough was old. As I sat waiting for my pie, pizzas were coming out of the oven completely ruined. I even heard one of the workers yell “shut it down”! This isn’t what you want to hear while waiting for a pizza. They had to remake my pizza (along with others) multiple times, and after waiting 45 minutes, I just took a ruined pie. When I got home, the bottom crust completely disintegrated, leaving a saucy mess of pepperoni and cheese, with a gross, almost stale crust. This was the worst Domino’s experience I’ve had in a long time, and sadly won’t be back again.

Placed mobile order using an online coupon they had available. Paid extra money for additional toppings. Got home, checked order, and saw I was missing stuff I paid extra for. This is my second consecutive poor experience with this store. Won’t be ordering here again. I’d like a refund.
