The worst place to eat in-store. Almost 6 people with nothing to do, and they made my family and me wait for over an hour. I asked three times about my order and they told me it was almost ready. When I asked one last time, it turned out the pizza was nowhere to be found. They didn’t even offer a coupon or anything for their screw-up. I’m never coming back to this shitty place.

No pizza, we ordered quite a bit of food. Unfortunately we got none of it. Our driver didn’t contact us at all. He delivered it somewhere without contacting us. We called dominos to hopefully get our food and the manager yelled at us and hung up. Don’t order here you will not get food.

Neither pizza I ordered was cut, once I cut them, I found out why. The pizza had been cooked for so long, the crust became a solid rock. This is the least amount of dog food I’ve ever gotten for $30 lol

I called several times to check in on my order yet they decided to hang up on me 4 times I was shocked by how disrespectful they were once they answered on the 5th call , I asked to see how long it would take for my order to get to my location and he willing said it's not my problem you have to figure that out on you're Own I asked for his name and they immediately hung up I called back they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up never calling or coming back to this dominos on 28th Street ever again he ruined the experience

Have ordered for delivery multiple times and it has taken over an hour and a half every time. They have no standard for actually trying to get pizzas out efficiently. It is classic dominoes pizza quality wise but absolutely the worst service probably in America.
