This is my favorite Thai takeout in Boulder. I love the Panang hot, it’s a bit less peanuty and more savory than sweet, which I like. My favorite panang I’ve had! Great Thai tea and tofu fresh spring rolls too. It’s a staple take out for us, and they’re always so nice when we are picking up.
Loved this place! I tried it for the 1st time today and every dish I ordered was was really good. The Veggie Stir Fry was made with grilled veggies and it had that grilled taste. The papaya salad was really good and the mango sticks rice was perfect! Even the iced green tea was really good! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Folsom Thai is hands-down my favorite Thai restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with care—everything tastes fresh and comforting in the best way. The staff is always kind and welcoming, which makes the experience feel even more special. This is my go-to spot whenever I want a meal that truly hits the soul. Highly recommend.
