“Me and my friends had such a great experience at Tiffins Momo Corner. The steamed chicken momo were soft, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the spicy sauce paired perfectly. The chilly chicken momo had a bold, savory kick with just the right amount of heat, and the samosa chaat was a delicious mix of crispy, tangy, and creamy textures. And the best part was the complimentary chai; warm, fragrant and comforting.“

“I went for the Vegan dumplings, but the filling was just okay for me- I also ordered the Samosas and the Red Lentil soup which were sooo delicious! I will be back for more soup and samosas. I can’t wait to try the other dishes that look amazing too.“

“I had their veggie Momo soup; it was piping hot when served, hooray! Specified mild plus and I found that heat level to be just about right for me, it might be a little too spicy for some. (I find both restaurants in Longmont and Boulder to have an elevated heat level in their spice-o-meter.)

It was fine and they have good chai,served hot. All in all a very good meal.“

“I was solo, so I didn't want to go to a full-service restaurant surrounded by parties of 2+, because I feel conspicuous. I also don't like the usual Restaurant Theater experience ("Hi, my name is... I'll be taking care of you today...would you like to start with..."). \n\nFuji was perfect for me. You order at the counter and find a seat. I went at 4 pm, and there was no one else eating in, just people getting take-out. I found a table, they brought my order (eel) it seemed like 2 minutes later. Their attitude was pleasantly welcoming. Not over-the-top friendly, which I've just learned is being termed "forced joy" at some companies -- and lo and behold, customers can tell it's forced and they don't like it!“
