We went to Jax's last night to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been better. They gave us the perfect table in front, and every dish was absolutely delicious. All four of us loved our meals—every plate was clean! Wonderful service, amazing food, and a perfect evening.

Some of the best prepared mussles we've ever had! We had the chorizo version. Our waitress was lovely. A perfect mix of engagement and letting us eat. She also avoided what many current wait staff do. She didn't walk up to the table already talking, which interrupts conversations or makes us miss the first part of what is said.

The food was amazing except to us, including the oysters, the Caesar salad, the Tuna Poke, and the desserts (key lime tart, chocolate layered something) were beyond what we expected. But the BLUE CRAB CACIO E PEPE left something to be desired to us. There was no discernable crab taste to us. So this may have been our expectations, but I would not order that dish again. Perhaps offering a market price additional lump crab would be a suggestion. We did talk to the floor manager,...
