The noodles are incredible, and the sauces are perfectly balanced and flavorful. The service is attentive and friendly, and the food is slightly more expensive than some would like, but it's worth it for the quality.
The restaurant uses authentic Italian flour for their homemade pasta, and they even offer imported guancale. Ordering is easy, and the experience doesn't feel like a typical "fast" restaurant. Customers have praised the engaging pasta conversation with Stefano, as well as the excellent service from workers Bryce and Katie.
