“Ambience, service and quality of food all checked out! Inside this chic food hall/court a few blocks away from the main Pearl Street shopping mall exists this a dessert shop that serves the most airy/light glazed mini doughnuts. I, of course, got me one and devoured in a matter of minutes. Other stuff on the menu looked and sounded great, too (Japanese Cheese Cake was one of them.) While I was eating my doughnut, a female staff came to me and asked if I wanted anything to drink (from the bar for alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage.) I said no but she pointed to the self-service water fountain where there are clean side plates you can grab should you need one for your meal. While I was there, I checked other vendors (they have Italian, Thai to name a few.) Well, let's go back to the dessert shop. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful. He welcomed me with a nice smile. My doughnut came out warm with freshly glazed semisweet citrusy cream on top. Like I said, so airy to a point where you would feel like going for a second one. So if you are looking for something super light especially after a meal, I recommend you go with this one.“

“The Enchanted Oven is my new go-to for all birthday cakes and other bakery items. The items are lighter in sugar than other local bakeries but they do not skimp on flavor. Today I had a sausage croissant roll. Eating this was a transcendent experience. My daughter got a chocolate croissant (and let me have a bite). The chocolate croissant was definitely the best one I've ever tried. We also bought a birthday cake for a party tomorrow and we can't wait to try it. Maki the owner really helped us out, and the staff was the most attentive I've ever encountered at this type of place. Our experience exceeded all expectations - totally blew other bakeries out of the water. We will definitely be back. Update: I have been down with a virus for a few days so I emailed to cancel my bento box. Folks, this is where it gets INTERESTING. They offered to deliver it to me! I can't believe how accommodating these folks are. This is the kind of customer service you can't find anyplace else. And by the way, the bento box was delicious. I might have just been healed by this yumminess.“

“I grabbed a quick lunch here. Panini and a coffee. The food was good. I liked the dining area, it has several places inside where you can separate yourself from other dinners of that's what you want. There's outside seating too. The service was great. I'm going to have to check out the pastries next time I'm there.“
