queso del mar and guac were excellent. no good margs
but service was mid. waited 30 min to be seated when we had a reservation. waited 15 more min to order by which time i was hangry. other issues too, seemed short-staffed

While I'm a purist and believe the Ft Collins is the best Rio, Rios in general have some of my favorite foods and by far, my fave marg. Service was absolutely fantastic. Ate on the rooftop which was so nice. Five stars all the way, even though it's not the Ft Collins original!

Mitch provided such good service on the rooftop! We have been here so many times and he is the best! He never made us feel like we were bothering him with any request. So kind! Thank you!
