So excited to try the truck when it parked at our awesome local bar/hostel/hotel! I placed the order, and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. Came back in 50 mins and it still wasn’t ready. Ramen was good, but definitely not worth an hour wait and $32. Bummed, was excited for a new food option up here.

I brought the Scrooge Maki food truck to our neighborhood in Erie yesterday. I had not tried his food before this but it came highly recommended. This was the BEST food truck experience possible! Minkyu has done an amazing job setting up a process that is easy and allows for social distancing. You order online for a specific pick up time...and your food is ready at that time! PLUS the food was great! Very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
