This bakery is so good I went back 3 times in 2 days! I needed more stomachs to have more of their goodies! Service was so friendly—shoutout to Nina who welcomed me warmly all 3 times I went and even recognized me after the first time! I tried both the breakfast pasty and the bison pasty, as well as an almond croissant and pain aux raisin. The croissant dough brought me straight to France, it was so buttery and flaky and perfectly seasoned! And the pasties are some of the best...
Love this place. Always friendly staff. Everyone seems happy. Food is good and the desserts are even better!! Catherine , St. Julien, recommended this place years ago and we’ve been coming back since. 10 stars!
For years I spent at least a day around each holiday celebration making pies and sweets for our gatherings. Then I found Shamane's!
The quality of her sweet and savory offerings can't be beat and every time I go in it is with a smile on my face because the staff is so friendly. (And typically super busy!)
