The store manager was extremely rude. I have spent thousands at Starbucks over the years and now they are saying I can’t have a hot water unless I make a purchase. I can only afford to buy there twice a week but EVERYONE hangs out there to study. Sorry I spent some time on the streets you ridiculous bigots. If you have a problem with the homeless ban specific people.

The music was blasting extremely loud. We came here in the morning to have a coffee and read a bit but left to go to another coffee shop because the music was so loud and not at all a nice calm place to sit with a coffee.

Not all Starbucks coffee shops are made equal. This coffee shop had excellent service and the staff was welcoming and friendly. They did a great job with our orders and the coffee was good.

There is a new store manager who really cares about his staff and the customers that come in. And finally someone who isn’t afraid to tell people if they need to leave due to them being improper or talking profanity. It really makes me feel more comfortable especially when I am with my kids. Look forward to what more great changes are to come to the store!

Just curious as to why for the last several months the Wi-Fi doesn’t work.Don’t tell me Starbucks can’t afford it as yours is the only shop that it’s consistently not working.

for many years i’ve studied at this location during my time at cu, but had to stop this year bc of one of the older workers who i kept having issues with who would handle mobile pickup. i left bad reviews on the app and i stopped going, but i don’t think she works there anymore, very happy to have my favorite study spot back!

My only qualm really is that I order the same drink basically every day. No matter if I use the app or in person - it comes out incorrectly and have to have it remade. It’s a small thing, so I understand and would typically just take what I get and keep my day going but this happens more than 50% to 60% of the time. It doesn’t seem to matter which Batista either. You’d get a 4 star otherwise. Because there needs to be more cleaning off of tables and floors way more often during the day.

A cashier was too comfortable with customers. Maybe that’s America’s horrible standard. It was disgusting to talk to her. No professionalism, no respect for courteous customers? Well she looked like she has mental issues. I could tell by looking at her eyes and pierces all over. Good luck with your little part time job, I guess.
