The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse is a beautiful location with excellent tea and pretty good food. The Turkish Karniyarik, Tajikistan Plov, and St James Cake were all delicious. The Boulder tangerine herbal tea was fragrant and warm. The staff, especially Lily, took great care of a group of 11. The intricate decorations and lovely history add to the ambiance, making it a highly recommended spot for family and friends.
