Genuinely some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to the big spots in Texas. These guys know what they’re doing!! I dream about the mac & cheese and burnt ends, and the pickled onions + chimichurri is just chefs kiss on top. Some of the best quality food you’ll find near Denver. Looking forward to the next round at the farmers market!!
Brisket was great! I've tried a lot of bbq from KC and TX and this definitely competes. Will be back for sure!
