Great food at a great price. We found it hard to find a seat during remodeling.

A full service hotel with no restaurant’s or bar Self service breakfast buffet was fair at best Really not clean and limited options

At the first moment you step in that place team give you a nice feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a kind place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, talented chef de cuisine, competitive price and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

Breakfast buffet was a huge ripoff. Would have been fine if it was included with the room, but despite what the front desk told us, it was not, and it was actually quite expensive. The lowlight for me was the pancakes. I have no idea how you can screw up pancakes, but they were crunchy and tasteless. I have no idea how long they must have been sitting out to actually get hard like that. The syrup had a hardened layer on top, which seemed a bit gross too. Walk a block to one of the other breakfast spots for a far better and cheaper breakfast. I like how they put a spot on the bill for a tip as if they had actually provided some kind of service? It's not like they sat me, got me water, or anything. Zero service.

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. I look forward to a return visit. The place has a nice atmosphere. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I liked.

For the price the food is good but it is not very friendly to the pockets. I have a family of five sit in and eat at this restaurant and the bill was nearly 100.00 I would not mind eating there again as I said the food was great. It is a buffet style sit in restaurant but wow to make up for that great loss each of us would have to eat 3 meals each. Please Thymen on the Creek at the Millennium come down on the price! The rooms there are already expensive and the food is not complimentary.

Hmmmm

The restaurant was not open when we arrived for our reservation. Since it was in a hotel, there was another restaurant that was open, but with no view. Since we wanted to see the creek they did seat us in Thyme on the Creek; we were the only guests in there, but did have a nice view of the creek. The menu seemed nice; my friend ordered the seared tuna and linguini; turned out they didn't have tuna but offered mahi mahi to replace the tuna. My friend accepted that and was satisfied with it, though it is quite a bland fish and the tuna would have been much better. I ordered the beef tenderloin filet; it was cooked on a hamburger grill. It was very tender, but I ordered it medium rare and it was medium well when it came. The vegetables were also overcooked. We had two appetizers before dinner, the pita chips and avocado, and felafel sliders. They were actually the best part of the meal. Afraid I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and definitely won't be returning.

We had breakfast the first morning we stayed at Millenium Harvest hotel at the Thyme on the Creek. I thought the breakfast was going to be a typical second rate overpriced $11 hotel meal. But in fact it was really worth the price. 3 eggs cooked perfectly, a large portion of hash browns cooked with onions and peppers, 3 sausage links, a ham 'steak' (about 3/4 inch thick, not a thin little slice)', 3 pieces of bacon, and rye toast. All very good. My wife liked her breakfast too, pancakes with a mixed berry compote served on the side, and a side of ham. And the coffee was good. The wife ate one lunch there also, chicken wraps, and said it was really good. Our server that first morning, Andrea, was very attentive and made sure we were happy, which is not easy to do when two tired people are still cranky from a long airplane flight, then make a long drive on unfamiliar roads from the Denver airport and are still nursing jet lag after being awakened by dumpsters. The rest of the wait staff were also polite and attentive.

Ownership needs to invest in a new restaurant. I had not been in to Thyme in years and it seems like a throw back to the 1980's when I would go to FAC at the Harvest House. There is a lot of potential for this location, it is sad that ownership won't invest in this Boulder Landmark.

Almost completely vacant on a weeknight. Good view of a pretty outdoor waterfall area. The food was better than we expected, but the price was higher to match it. The service was great, Dan (I think our server's name was) was awesome. I'd probably go back just because of its location.

This is a casual restaurant with easy quik food and low prices. We had to spend 100 to use our 50 gift certificate, so we ordered the one elegant fish dish on the menu and it was excellent. The ceasar salad was also excellent. Lots of food and good service. The downside...the restaurant was empty, the menu limited and the choices very casual. They were out of the wine we wanted. I would only go back with a much smaller gift certificate and get the salad.
