The food was AWESOME and the portions were large. The service was great. We were in town for the week and out of all the restaurants we ate at this was my favorite by far.
If you're from socal and miss carne asada fries and find yourself here.... this is the spot for you. Carne asada fries were so good

AllBerto's Mexican Kitchen is a must-try for Mexican food fans. The food is awesome, delicious, fresh, and filling, with large portions that leave customers with full stomachs and leftovers. The service is great, kind, and quick, with friendly staff who check in often even when busy. The chorizo corn dip app is amazing, and the chicken nuggets are A+. Guests love the authentic street tacos with handmade tortillas, crispy taquitos with guac and veggies, and wings that will change your life. The oaxacan choices are delicious and worth trying, including the haurache with pastor and the massive tlayuda with asada. The Aqua Fresca drinks are refreshing and made day of, and the house marg and cantarito are top notch. The salsas pair well, with the oaxacan picante offering great spice and floral notes. The place is cute, off the beaten tourist trail, with easy access parking and fairly priced. It is a wonderful local joint and a great place to have a meal.
