Placed order at the drive thru, but to the window and was asked what I wanted.. told her I had ashtray ordered and gave her the order again and was still charged the wrong amount until I asked about it. Food was OK but didn't get any sauces, kind of bland without it. But wasn't even asked if I wanted any.. and no napkins...

I love Arby's and always have for the last 40 years. My experience here tonight was rough. The roast beef was cold and the service was poor. One of the cash register ladies was wearing a tight spandex body suit, yes a black spandex suit. They coned off the restrooms so the customers couldn't use them, I'm assuming so they don't have to clean them. I saw employees using the restrooms, both mend and women's, so they're in order. So I went and checked the men's restrooms, yep all good everything was working fine. Hopefully someone with a child who needed to use the bathroom or and elderly customer didn't come in and have to use the restrooms. A pretty poor experience here.

Went through the drive thru to get a couple of sandwiches. One was overcooked the other was undercooked, the fries were cold and stale. I won't be going back to any Arby's for awhile after this visit.

Not only one but two hairs!!! Long blondish hairs in the sandwhich and didn’t see it tell it was mostly eaten!

We made a special trip from home as my wife was craving a fish sandwich. When we gotten home she said her fish was super hard, like sitting there for hours. If you are selling these items let people know so we can seek good food elsewhere. Not very pleased or happy?

I was hungry for a Reuben and remembered Arby's has a good one. The window ladies were great and personable, and the sandwich was just what I was craving.OH, HOW I WISH POTATO CAKES WERE STILL AVAILABLE!!!

By far the wost arby's ive ever been to. I walk in to pickup my online order and make direct eye contact with 4 employees who all ignore me. Some reaallyy going out of their way to do so. I can literally see my order just out of reach. Finally one who's been standing there staring at me yells at another one to "take care of that". That employee then finally acknowledged my presence (despite my efforts to get her attention beforehand) then lazily tosses my order on the counter so i can reach it doesnt even say a word to me. Get home and my roast beef and cheddars dont have cheese or bbq sauce on them. Next time ill just go to the one off 120th. They're always attentive and in a good mood. This arbys is just awful. I tried calling for a refund and lo and behold no one answered the phone. Real surpise there.

This has to be the worst Arbys ever! We did an on line order you would think nothing could go wrong ..... well of course they forgot our fries........ again I don't see what's so hard about getting an order ready for pick up??? I ask to speak to the manager guess what SHE is the manager! I asked who is higher then you? She replies I don't know when they will be in? I guess we know why it's so bad never again I'll drive further next time why not I had to take two trips just to get my full order I wonder if they will be paying for gass????
