As far as grocery store Starbucks go, this was a relatively pleasant experience. Dont expect the full menu or blonde espresso or to have any croissants heated up but if you're looking for a quick fix like I was it served its purpose. Workers friendly and fast. If you want to game the system ask for a quad shot of espresso over ice and add and half for a sub $4 burst.
I have come in a couple times this past week and I have got to say they have all around great workers! For them being understaffed (and I say understaffed because 2 out of the 3 times I have come in there is only one worker) they go above and beyond to make sure the drinks are correct and to satisfy the customers. Additional friendly staff hired and more/better equipment and the coffee experience is warm, inviting and fast. Many kudos to Dennise the manager. She has outstanding customer service and trains her staff to do the same. And-thank you to all the staff-you guys are awesome!!
