Waited in the drive thru for half an hour today (yes, I timed it) then was told it would be an additional 3 minute wait for a spicy sandwich. 7 minutes later I was told it would be another one minute for the sandwich so I needed to go park. After waiting for 5 minutes, we received our food, and I let the young guy know that I didn’t appreciate being lied to by his coworkers after a 30 minute long wait. Loved the smirk I got with his reply.Time for a new manager at this location!

I’ve ordered a salad without chicken every time I’ve gone, but the last 4 times they apparently can’t understand what no chicken means. I also ordered a mix of small and medium portions for mac and cheese and fries and they gave me only smalls even though I paid for the mediums.Vegetarian options: You can ask for any salad without the meat and when they actually listen its great but for some reason they really aren’t good at omitting it. The fries and mac n cheese are great though.

What is happening to our beloved Chick Fil A? The drive thru lines have always been long but now they barely move and if you get stuck in line I hope you're not on a schedule. Service has been insanely slow for weeks now and even though I have 45 minutes for lunch it isn't long enough for me to get through the drive thru and back to work.

This location is so busy that it becomes actually dangerous. The lines go all the way into the street and around the corner sometimes. Forcing people needing to turn right to have to dangerously turn into a left turning lane to go around the line. The food is always great, the employees are always fantastic. The great service from the employees is one of the main reasons we continue to go back. But even since the remodel, the lines are even worse. I don't know how they fix this, but it's just really dangerous there traffic wise most of the time.
I really shouldn't have to tell anyone about Chick-fil-A. Anyone that's been there, knows everything they have is delicious. Their service is excellent and the inside is always clean. Love this place.

Why even bother asking me if it's dine in if you are just going to bring me my food in a bag with nothing to eat it on but your dirty table. COVID is over, there is no reason for you to not provide a tray save bad service. Even McDonalds brings me my food on a tray. You should be embarrassed.

If you haven't been to a chick fil a, you're probably dead or recently waking up from a coma. Out of fast food options, this is my go-to. Politics aside, if i felt right about giving a fast food chain 5 stars, I would. I would go here before any of the sitdowns on this side of the plaza.
