Cold Stone Creamery is a friendly and professional restaurant, popular for after-dinner treats or hot days with kids. The ice cream is consistently delicious, especially during promotions. While the store seating and exterior could be improved, the staff are honestly doing as much as they can to be fast but also kind and patient with every customer. The customer service was amazing, and the whole staff was doing a really incredible job. The Manager Joe went above and beyond to make a situation better. The ice cream is pretty good too.
