“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Brighton Dairy Queen for making my son an amazing cake!!! The whole process was fantastic from the ordering to the pick-up. The cake was so perfect!!! It was decorated just perfectly for his personality. It was super tasty!!!“

“The restaurant was busy but well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My son ordered a kids meal, but unfortunately, the cashier didn’t catch his request for mac and cheese. A few minutes later, the site manager, Chelsie, stopped by to check on us. When my son mentioned the missing item, she apologized right away and promptly brought out the mac and cheese. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here kudos to Chelsie for her attentiveness and for keeping the place running smoothly and clean.“

“Ordering food was easy with the staff being prompt and friendly with quick service and accuracy of items ordered was for the most part correct. Had an issue with one of the meals ordered with what the meal was and what was asked of but workers were very helpful with fixing the item with fast service of having it done right.“

“I love this Wendy’s. The staff is always so friendly and quick to accommodate every customer. Today I got my food and was on a time crunch and this was the fastest I’ve ever gone through a drive through. I got my food within 3 minutes as I was paying at the first window. I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this location. Keep up the good work!! :)“

“This evening at about 6pm we ordered the California Burger & the Double Bacon Burger both lettuce wrapped for dine in. This was probably that best lettuce wrapped burger we have had in a long time. I watched the gentleman behind the counter make the burgers and he gave us just the right amount of lettuce to hold everything in place even to our last bite. I did ask to speak to the manager and gave him my feedback as well. We will definitely be back.“

“Very kind kids, my online order never appeared in their system and they were kind and figured it out. Ultimately retaking my order, and providing excellent service to me. Technology is frustrating, things like this happen and it’s no one’s fault.“

“We ordered Roast Beef for a Graduation Party. We talked with Guy and he helped us set up a pick up time. It worked out GREAT. We look forward to using them again. Thank you, Guy and your staff for making this a VERY easy process. The guest loved the beef. Thanks again, Sigg Family“

“The service is friendly and listens well, rarely have issues with orders and haven’t had any issues with food received. (I.e missing straws, food or sauces)
The inside is what you expect from any McDonald’s, not gonna blow your mind away.
So, I’d recommend it, you get what you order.
Parking: Handicap spots, parking spots and a dirt lot for larger vehicles.“

“Stopped by because the drive thru had a pretty decent line. The Halloween decorations were incredible, so kudos to the assistant manager who made all 12 link streamers! Got a great deal with the 2 for $8 French dip coupon and it was delicious. My hubbs had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was awesome too! Really great experience, and I had to let y’all know!“

“We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.“
