Brisket was so DRY, pulled pork was too, and both lacked any real flavor. Mac and Cheese was also dried out and flavorless. For how much they charge, youd expect it to be better quality
Brisket and pulled pork were excellent! Really liked the street corn and free ice cream. Prices are all very reasonable
Very good!! Awesome customer service. I had the Haystack which had pulled pork, slaw, and fried onions. Also had a side of Elvies Street corn. Delicious!!

John Norths Barbecue is a great BBQ spot in Brighton. The food is amazing, great, and bomb with amazing flavor. The meat is juicy, tender, and moist, including the brisket, pulled pork, sausage, smoked turkey, and burned ends. Portions are great and prices are amazing. Sides are perfect, including mac and cheese, baked beans, bacon mash, and brisket chili. The blueberry habanero BBQ sauce is amazing, flavorful, sweet but not too spicy. There is also yummy dairy-free ice cream. Service is top notch, with friendly, welcoming, and kick ass staff. Everything is ready fast. Take-out is perfect.
