Friday night dinner rush hour, so I expected a wait. No biggie. Finally get seated after a 30 minute wait and walk into roughly 15 empty tables so was confused about the long wait time. After another 15 minutes waiting for our waiter/waitress at the table I finally flag down another waitress and ask them if they could get ours. She was nice enough to apologize and got our drink order started before she went to find ours.Another 5 minutes go by and ours finally shows up. We placed our orders and didn’t see her again until our food was brought out. While waiting for our food we were minding our business when one of the bartenders walked by us quickly and accidentally bumped into my kid hard enough to cause my kid to hit his chest on the table. It wasn’t the accidental bump that irritated me, it was the fact that the bartender didn’t even stop to apologize.I ordered the meatball sub and the wife ordered a calzone. Meatball sub was lukewarm at best and the cheese on top was barely melted. Wife’s calzone definitely more fresh than the sub. Will definitely not go back to this location in the future. Horrible customer service and lackluster food.

Very disappointed in our dinner! Our side of Mac and cheese was cold, there was a hair in another dish and the individual thin crust pizza was the worst! I love pizza and get it all the time. I’ve never had a thin crust pizza like this. It was over done and the crust was more of a bruschetta/toast type crust. They remade it for us. It was their Thai Pie and each time had different ingredients. The second one was better, but still not a pizza I would ever order again. On a positive note, the kids pizza, Chicago 7 (not thin crust) and wing appetizer were good!It was our waitress’s 3rd day. Her service was good and we knew it was not her fault.

I have been going here since it opened had fun in the parking lot during COVID to keep it going. The last couple of years this place has gone down hill. The food , the service and most of all the management. We order through a food service then called to simply ask for no meat on the nachos. They said no problem well you can guess , and instead of trying to make it right we were told after a couple of phone calls tough break. I can see why the restaurant is struggling and we definitely will not be going to this location. I guess Thornton isn't that far but we are bummed as we have spent a lot of time at the Prairie center one.

I haven't been to that one before. The male server, he didn't give his name.. . was pretty stressed out for a mellow seeming Monday night. He had 3 tables. He was rushed and barley checked on us much. We usually tip very well after I have been in food service since 94. He only got 20% after we waited for him about 15 minutes for boxes and the check. The plates were messy. The food was pretty okay. The menu isn't very informational. The glass wasn't clean around the dining area. Everything felt a bit sticky. I'll probably not go back.

Terrible service. No one acknowledged us at the door, we went to the bar to ask where to sit, no one acknowledged us, we sat next to the bar, finally got someone’s attention… they said they’d clean the table for us… never did… we just got up and walked out. If that’s the first 20 min of our visit… lol we were not excited about the rest of the night. We grabbed drive through instead and were treated better.

First time experience was horrible! Ordered pizza online for curbside pickup. I received a text that my pizza would be ready at 7:55pm and to text when I park in their designated curbside parking spots. I get there at 8pm and text them that I’m here. I get a text back saying they are finishing up my order and we’ll be right out. No show at 8:25pm, so I go in and wait for a host for 5 min at front entrance. A young girl finally notices me! I ask let her know the situation and she looks confused and says will check the kitchen. She comes out hands me the pizza and says sorry. I get home within 5 minutes and the pizza is cold. Worst first experience and will be my last.
