the serving was terrible. they guy working didnt even remember half the stuff we ordered. the lady forgot to give us half of our things. the food was also ok but not the best. also there were no other people there so it wasnt because they were busy.

Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had here today! Guac is OLD meat is probably expired because the workers can’t read let alone date when the PRE prepared meats and veggies expire! The service is garbage.Why are two women who speak NO English running this franchise?I’ve came in two different times different weeks and they can barely take an order, they literally read off the menu on the wall that the customers order off of for the ingredients to add per sandwich- at this point I can read that myself and make it myself. The biggest let down is that these sandwich’s are SLOPPY, no pride into making them holdable or to stay together.WHY CUT THE BREAD ENTIRELY IN HALF?!EVERYTHING JUST FALLS OUT!!!This franchise is about to go down the toilet and it’s sad because they can’t pay to keep decent workers hired here.

I ordered my food to go, I found a hair in my sandwich and that pretty much killed my appetite.

On 02/01/2024, at approximately 4:30pm, I went to the shop to get an early dinner. I spent about $24 and I got it to dine in. So afterwards I started to leave and I asked for a bag so I could take the rest of sandwich home. The young kid with dark hair told me the bag would cost 10 cents. This when I have a problem! First of all, this is a Colorado based company! According to Colorado they are violating the law! A bill was passed, bill 21-1162 basically it says they are a food establishment and they are not charge customers for bags. That's only for grocery stores! So I called the manager and the manager was not in. So I wanted to talk to the manager and inform the manager of the law! So they said the manager would call me back! The manager didn't call me back so I wrote this review. Might I say, the customer service and recovery is less desirable! This place is a joke! At least the bathroom were clean and the food was good.
