The atmosphere was nice but the service was really bad, we waiting over 45 mins for our burgers. Other tables around us who were set after us got their food and finished by the time we even got fries at our table. The lady serving us forgot all of our requests. The burger I ordered with a lil pick and it came out almost crispy it was so overcooked. I would expect service like this if they were packed out but it wasn’t very busy at all.

Writing this review after my 3rd and final attempt. We have gone to this Red Robin regularly for the past 5 years. Our last 3 visits have been horrible. We were seated on the left side of the restaurant all 3x’s. The service is, well there isn’t much of it. Our food was messed up on all 3 occasions and it can’t be fixed because there isn’t anyone around to take the complaint. Last night was the final straw. The waitress forgot my daughters drink until I asked about it, she forgot the special request I made for my daughter (didn’t bother asking twice), we got the wrong appetizer and it took so long to find her we didn’t get it rectified until after our meal came out, then she tried charging us for the screw up. We have decided as a family to never return. We don’t go out to eat often so when we do it’s kind of a special occasion for the kids and these last 3 experiences have really made it hard for us to enjoy our outing. Idk if they changed management or are shutting down like other Red Robin’s but I would encourage others to spend your money where it’s appreciated.

The food was alright, after waiting an hour. One person at our table had to wait an additional 20 minutes for their burger, so by the time their food came everyone else was already done eating. I'm not impressed and will not be returning.

We had to wait for quite awhile to get our food. The food was hot & delicious. There were 3 of us. Two of us got to pay then the Table pay thingy died. Our waiter was busy, so we let another Server know, she said she would get our waiter. We waited. Then he came by, we told him what happened & ask if we could ask add a piece of cake to go. He said sure and that he'd be right back with the receipt and the cake. We waited 10 minutes & nothing. The restaurant was a little busy but our server was leaning & chatting at length with some customers. We went up & explained to thw Hostess what was going on & she got the Manager. The Hostess & Manager were super nice & apologized. We explained that we had been driving all day from New Mexico to Colorado and we just wanted to eat & go to our Hotel. The Manager came back with Receipt & the slice of cake but again their was along wait time. She apologized again & said she gave us extra spoons & napkins. I appreciate the extra utensils but how about a little off my bill (I thought in my head) NO mention of taking a couple dollars off the bill for our long wait. I'm not one to complain, I go with the flow... But after a LONG day of driving, our wait time for the receipt was NOT ok.

Service was great. Food was not so good, burger meat had no flavor, crispy chicken was overcooked, fries were limp and only warm. We will not be back, definitely not worth the cost.
Placed an online order for a business lunch (promised pickup time was 11:15) .. it’s approaching noon and still don’t have an ETA on when it’ll be out. Won’t be relying on them again in this capacity.
