Cinnamon rolls are dry, not a lot of icing, we thought that coming to the official store the quality was going to be superb, but a the small stores inside some of Maverick gas stations, service is better and the quality and taste is the taste they should have. If you want to have a delicious Cinnabon, this location is a must pass. Also the last 2 times the guy , his name is Don, that was the one at the front counter was not very friendly. I was there yesterday, I think I forgot my keys on the counter, I have called 6 times today and no one has answered the phone to tell me whether or not if they found keys or not. Pretty important. It would really really help if someone would answer the phone and actually answer my question and concern.

Do not waste your time at this place. The customer service is awful. When you go up to order they will roll your eyes at you and not care about your order. They also always seem to be "out of stock" whenever you go to order. Would give 0 stars if possible.
