Both the cinnamon rolls and burritos are great! These burros are better than any we have ever had and we are from NM! We were just talking about it being worth the 5 hour drive just to have a burrito! Guess we will need to spend the night and get our burrito in the morning!!!! :-)
Highly recommend this place! Shared the brisket burrito and raspberry cinnamon roll with my partner and it was so delicious. so glad we stopped.
A little Pricey but worth it , The owner or worker was awesome . I'd definitely eat there again . Thank you

Burrito Fusion is a small red trailer on the side of the road. The food is excellent, with good flavors and textures, and is not soggy or dry. The brisket breakfast burrito with green chili is a favorite, and the chili is not too spicy. The breakfast burritos have great flavor, big portions, and a convenient location. The owners are great people.
