Very busy at the time of my visit. Obviously a local favorite.
Since the hotel restaurant was fully booked when we arrived, we decided to have dinner at the bar instead. We didn't regret it for a second! The service was lovely, and the food was exactly what we needed: the ribeye was cooked perfectly to order (no mashed potatoes, as requested) and came with a really delicious cowboy butter. The decor matches the rest of the hotel and the 1887 Restaurant—wonderfully done and a beautiful renovation!
We recently hosted an Emergent Campus Partners Welcome Happy Hour at Fremont Public House, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
The food and drinks were exceptional, the environment was beautiful, and it was the perfect setting to welcome our out-of-town guests. We had a great turnout, and it created such a fun and meaningful opportunity for our partners to connect.

The menu features appealing items such as the Butternut Squash Brussels salad with added chicken, which received compliments for its delicious flavor. The Peach Napoleon dessert is also a popular treat. Service is consistently praised, with attentive staff like Macy and Cory delivering excellent experiences.
