My mom and I went here a few years ago and stumbled across Nirvana Culinary Paradise, a lovely restaurant serving Indian cuisine located in the heart of Cañon City, Colorado. the food was the best Indian food I have had in the US. Service was great, very friendly, and outside dinning under a lovely shade tree. We will be back!
