OMGoodness!! Best blueberry crumble I have ever had. I have tried more than my fair share throughout the world and this is literally the best I ever had. If you are in Carbondale, CO please stop in and support this amazing small business. Even if you are in the area take the extra time or miles to stop by. Visitors enjoy every baked good they try, from the incredible cookies to the special tres leches cake, which is incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and flawlessly textured. The chocolate chip cookies are a hands-down favorite, and the apple cider cookies are a recommended seasonal item. They also make awesome cakes, cupcakes, and brownies, and even bake dog treats that are a huge hit.
The owners and staff are amazing, friendly, and always smiling, providing even better service and incredible craft. They take great care of locals and visitors alike, going above and beyond to help. The environment is wonderful, but it is wise to go early as they typically sell out of items by the end of the morning. This bakery is an absolute must and comes highly recommended.
